Bed Bug Service Guarantee

Anderson Pest Solutions provides a 60 day guarantee from the time of the Initial Bed Bug service. Our objective is the complete satisfaction of our clients. If an issue covered by our Bed Bug program persists, we will return at no charge to address the problem.

If we are unable to resolve your Bed Bug issue to your satisfaction, we will refund your fee. In order for Anderson to provide this guarantee, the client must complete the "Preparation for Bed Bug Service" as provided by Anderson Pest Solutions prior to their scheduled service date. Additionally, the client must provide Anderson Pest Solutions access for inspection of all perimeter rooms to identify any Bed Bug activity. Furthermore, Bed Bugs may be reintroduced into the premises at any time and the infestation may reoccur so Anderson does not guarantee that you will not see Bed Bugs after the ser- vice.
