Customer Service Representative (Back to Top)
We currently have opportunities for full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives in several locations . If you have a desire to provide a high level of service, assistance and satisfaction to customers, this is the position for you. You will be the direct link between our client and the organization.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming calls and scheduling customer appointments
• Payroll & accounts receivable
• Reviewing & filing service reports
• Varied general office duties

Duties and Responsibilities
As the first person customers come in contact with when they call Anderson Pest Solutions with a problem, your role is crucial to the maintenance of our customer base. Your duties will include scheduling sales appointments for new customers, scheduling extra services for current customers, changes in scheduled appointments and answering billing questions. Complete general clerical duties as assigned. Qualified candidates must possess excellent listening and communication skills, accurate data entry and typing skills and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service background. Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills. A good driving record is mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Communicating and selling the value of Anderson Pest Solutions services is extremely important. You will be responsible for building and maintaining good customer relations, identifying customers' pest problems and determine the proper corrective measures. You will also be responsible for discussing procedures, sanitation and structural corrections with customers and applying appropriate preventive steps where necessary.
Candidates must satisfactorily complete initial technical training and participate in regular training updates to stay current with proven methods and practices. Training includes the following areas: insect and rodent identification and biology, proper control methods, pesticide selection, safe application practices, and correct equipment usage. You will be expected to maintain your equipment and vehicle in good working order for your own comfort and safety, as well as providing the desired appearance to your customers. Technicians are responsible for timely and proper completion of the customers' and administrative reports.
• With the assistance of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR), as an Anderson Technician you will be responsible for scheduling of work on your assigned route. This includes maintaining current account service instructions, and assisting CSR's in contacting customers when appropriate.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals and individuals with sales aptitude. The successful applicant will be expected to develop new business from existing prospect lists, generate new leads, develop and deliver strong presentations and have the ability to close in an outside sales environment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• Sales aptitude; 2 years outside sales experience and/or BA/BS degree
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Anderson Sales Representatives are responsible for developing and maintaining an Anderson Pest Solutions customer base in the local area. All sales positions within the company require lead generation activities on the part of the sales representative. The amount of creative calling is determined by the position.

We are looking for individuals that have field supervisory experience with off-site employees. This position requires a strong customer service background, training and mentoring of staff, problem solving, routing and scheduling. A college degree is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities
Service Managers work with the District Manager to supervise a team of Pest Solutions Technicians in their day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include: coaching in the field, skill level training, establishing service standards, conducting performance reviews, and interviewing. The Service Manager has direct responsibility for gross profit performance of the district through inventory, management and equipment, material and manpower utilization. It is important for the Service Manager to increase growth and the profitability of business from its current level by monitoring material usage and maintaining equipment in good working order as well as improving the efficiencies of Service Technicians.

An Anderson Regional Manager coordinates the operations of multiple district service centers, as well as developing and implementing policy and operating procedures. The RM provides oversight and develops the abilities of District Managers, Service Managers, Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives.
