Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service consistent with Anderson's core service standards and metrics
- Answering incoming calls and resolving client service requests appropriately and with a sense of urgency

We are looking for individuals to join our Service Team that have strong customer service skill sets, good verbal and written communication skills, a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicating and selling the value of Anderson Pest Solutions' services is extremely important. You will be responsible for building and maintaining good customer relations, identifying customers' pest problems and determine the proper corrective measures. You will also be responsible for discussing procedures, sanitation and structural corrections with customers and applying appropriate preventive steps where necessary.
Candidates must satisfactorily complete initial technical training and participate in regular training updates to stay current with proven methods and practices. Training includes the following areas: insect and rodent identification and biology, proper control methods, pesticide selection, safe application practices, and correct equipment usage. You will be expected to maintain your equipment and vehicle in good working order for your own comfort and safety, as well as providing the desired appearance to your customers. Technicians are responsible for timely and proper completion of the customers' and administrative reports.
With the assistance of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR), you will be responsible for maintaining current account service instructions and assisting CSR's in contacting customers when appropriate.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers, peers and co-workers. We are willing to train an individual who possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Anderson's dress code.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Managers work with the District Manager to supervise a team of Pest Solutions Technicians in their day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include: coaching in the field, skill level training, establishing service standards, conducting performance reviews, and interviewing. The Service Manager has direct responsibility for gross profit performance of the district through inventory, management and equipment, material and manpower utilization. It is important for the Service Manager to increase growth and the profitability of business from its current level by monitoring material usage and maintaining equipment in good working order as well as improving the efficiencies of Service Technicians.

- Assist in developing annual media plan and coordinate media buys in multiple markets
- Originate new and revise current marketing collateral that reinforces Anderson's branding message

This individual will rely on their knowledge and experience in troubleshooting a wide variety of computer, software, hardware, and network issues via phone, email, internal ticketing system and on-site support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IT Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Providing technical support remotely and on-site
- Resolving and tracking support requests through internal ticketing system
- Configuring and repairing PCs, printers, handheld devices, and smart phones
- Researching and recommending new hardware and software
- Process development, technical documentation, and training to end users on new software/hardware or known issues
